Today I'm going to my schools baseball game with a friend and we are going to watch the game and hang out. I also will have a little walk to go pick up one of my sorority shirts but I dont know about any other exercises I might just hang out in my room and do homework all day.

I'm really motivated to tryout again hopefully it will work out, I figure if I work out like everyday and do crunches at night and continue my eating plan until tryouts I will be in pretty good shape to hopefully make it. Right now I'm not eating any carbs (beside my granola bar in the morning before classes). I'm trying to just eat salad and some protein everytime I go to the dining hall. Trying to eat healthy at the dining hall is so hard though, the only things that they make that arent pretty gross are fried things and mashed potatoes, also I get bored easily so that will be hard to stick to the salads but I will make it.

I'm also going to start doing crunches before I go to bed, they dont take too long I need to just do them it will help me out cause every little bit helps.

drank the OJ cause I have been sick hopefully that doesnt mess me up

 

 

I'm going to try out for the sunsations again for the third time. This means I need to lose weight and tone up really quick it will probably be in less than a month. I'm not ready but I need to try and see if it will work. Hopefully this time tryouts will work for me.
